Premenstrual spotting can often be linked to underlying hormonal imbalances, particularly in the context of Ayurveda, where the balance of doshas plays a significant role. In your case, given the presence of facial hair and the body structure you described, there might be an aggravation of Kapha and an imbalance, potentially, in Vata as well. It’s crucial to restore balance in these doshas to address the issue at its root.
First, addressing your diet can be helpful. Emphasize on foods that balance Kapha and Vata. This includes light, warm, and easily digestible meals. Incorporate spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel which aid in balance and digestion. Avoid heavy, oily, and cold foods that may aggravate Kapha.
Consider incorporating triphala as a mild laxative and cleanser as it may help in regulating your digestive fire (Agni). As for herbs, Shatavari may support hormonal balance and female reproductive health. You should be able to find it easily in herbal stores or online in Pakistan.
Lifestyle changes are equally important. Regular physical activity such as brisk walking or yoga can aid in circulation and balance Kapha. Also, practice stress-reducing activities such as meditation or deep breathing exercises.
If available, try having an Ayurvedic concoction like Ashokarishta, commonly used for female reproductive health, but do consult a local ayurvedic practitioner before starting any new herb or formulation. It’s also crucial to maintain a routine for meals and sleep, as irregularities in these can often exacerbate Vata.
If you notice any sudden changes or worsening of symptoms, seeking immediate professional medical help is essential. Your symptoms have persisted for quite a time, considering seeing a specialist would also be wise to ensure there aren’t any unrelated underlying medical issues.
