Hi I am very seviar hair fall issue.my age is 39 yeras female.infront side it's like bald and very very thin hair.please suggest me medicines hair regrowth and hair fall. Iron deficiency is there.skin also very dry .

Age: 39

Chronic illnesses: B12 and iron deficiency and l4,l5 disc bulges and c5 c6 also problem.

Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise. 
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.

Avoid spicy food, fermented foods, maida, fried food, bekary food, cold beverages, more intake of tea or coffee 
Avoid stress if any 
Have more water, salad, leafy green Veggies sprout 
Include more carrot, beetroot, cucumber in your diet 
Have soaked dry grapes, almonds, walnuts,
Fresh fruit like pomogranets, dates apple, orange grapes 
Have swamala compound 1 tsp with milk 
Do head massage with Divya kesha taila on alternate days and do head bath 
Put Anutaila 2drops on each nostrill in morning 
Do massage your body with ksheerabala taila and take hot water bath 
Foot massage with same oil 
If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of shirodhara or shirobasti
