Hi I am very seviar hair fall issue.my age is 39 yeras female.infront side it's like bald and very very thin hair.please suggest me medicines hair regrowth and hair fall. Iron deficiency is there.skin also very dry .

Age: 39
Chronic illnesses: B12 and iron deficiency and l4,l5 disc bulges and c5 c6 also problem.

Dry skin can also signal a Vata imbalance, so keeping yourself hydrated is key. Drink sufficient water throughout the day and include healthy fats from sources like ghee and nuts in your diet. Oils such as coconut or sesame oil can be applied to your skin to locking in moisture.

For herbal supplements, shatavari and ashwagandha are recommended. These adaptogens help in reducing stress, balancing hormones, and boosting overall vitality. However, do consult with a local Ayurveda practitioner to tailor these recommendations suitably to your unique constitution and any underlying health concerns.
