I am curious about combining shilajit and ashwagandha together, like, I've heard good things but I kinda wanna know more! So here's the thing, I've been feelin really low on energy lately, like dragging myself outta bed each morning, ugh! And let me tell you, my stress levels have been through the roof. Work's been crazy and I've got this never-ending to-do list that just keeps growing. A friend mentioned taking shilajit and ashwagandha together might help boost my energy and ease the stress a bit. I've read a bit about both individually — shilajit is meant to be full of minerals and enhances stamina, right? And ashwagandha is all about calming the mind and reducing anxiety. But, what I’m really unsure about is if these two actually work better together?! I mean, like, can they really enhance each other's effects? How do you even take them together? Should I be mixing them in a drink or just taking them as supplements? Also, are there any side effects I should worry about? Like I’m already on a few medications so I wouldn't wanna mess things up. Anyone tried shilajit and ashwagandha together? Did you feel a difference? How long did it take to notice any changes?
