I am really worried about something I've been dealing with lately. So, I've been thinking about labia minora lightening for a while now. I mean, I never thought I'd even be looking into this, but here I am. It's just that I've noticed that the color down there is kinda darker than I’d like, and it's making me feel really self-conscious. I thought it was just me, but when I talked to my friends, they told me maybe it could be a hormonal thing or just something natural that happens. So, I'm guessing labia minora lightening might help? I tried some creams that I saw online, but I didn't really see much difference and, I don’t know, they felt a bit harsh on my skin. I just wish there was a natural way to approach this. I've read about Ayurvedic treatments but I'm not sure where to start. Are there specific herbs or oils that can help with labia minora lightening? I’ve heard coconut oil might work, but is that enough? Or do I need to be combining it with something else? I just want something safe.
