As your symptoms are suggesting of vata dosha imbalance and Ent surgeon have rules out the hearing loss , I suggest you to take Sarivadi vati- 1 tablet twice daily after food with water Ashwagandha churna- 1/2 with milk at night You have to take at least for 3 to 6 months

Your complaint and ENT doctors opinion doesn't match. So you should take second opinion In some cases the symptoms will reduce on it's own. Just avoid exposure to loud noises

Acoustic shock disorder indeed can be distressful, especially when it's accompanied by symptoms like ear fullness, muffled hearing, and hyperacusis. While modern tests show no hearing loss, the symptoms point towards subtle disturbances that can be well-understood through Ayurvedic perspectives. The mention of the tensor tympani muscle suggests that there could be aggravated Vata dosha involved, affecting the prana vayu, which governs our sense organs. Based on Ayurvedic principles, here are some steps you can take: First, let us focus on stabilizing Vata. Begin with daily practices of abhyanga (self-massage with warm oil)—using sesame oil can be beneficial due to its grounding nature. Gently massage the head, neck, and around the ears. Do this in the morning and allow the oil to sit for at least 30 minutes before washing it off. Next, adding grounding and nourishing foods to your diet is important. Consume warm, cooked meals like stews or soups, incorporating spices such as turmeric, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Avoid cold, dry, or raw foods that may disturb Vata balance. Consider Nasya therapy, which involves the application of medicated oil to the nasal passages. Anu taila can be used, a few drops in each nostril every morning. This supports the upper respiratory system, indirectly soothing ear discomfort. Consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for guidance might be useful. Practicing Shavasana (corpse pose) with focus on deep breathing can reduce stress and help manage hyperacusis. Avoid loud noises and take calming breaks – spend time in quiet environments. If symptoms persist, consult with your healthcare provider to ensure there's no progression in your condition. While these are supportive measures, it's essential you report new symptoms or changes to a medical professional promptly.
