I am really struggling with some skin issues lately, and my friend recommended trying manjishtadi kashayam. So, I thought I’d ask about it here. I’ve had these stubborn rashes on my arms and legs for like months now, and nothing seems to work. I went to a dermatologist, and they just gave me some cream but it kinda makes it worse sometimes. I’ve read that manjishtadi kashayam is good for skin health and detoxing, but I'm not sure how to use it? Should I take it with something? And how long till I can expect to see results? I just feel frustrated and tired of dealing with this! Any tips would be super appreciated!

Manjishtadi Kashayam can be a helpful remedy for your stubborn rashes and skin detox, as it’s often used in Ayurveda to purify the blood and support skin health. It primarily consists of herbs like Manjistha, which is well-known for its properties in cleansing the blood and helping with various skin disorders. It’s important to remember though, that any ayurvedic treatment needs to be adapted to an individual’s specific needs and constitution.

Since you mentioned you have persistent rashes and nothing else has worked quite well, it might be worth exploring further, but I recommend consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for a targeted approach. Now, when we talk about taking manjishtadi kashayam, it’s generally advised to take it twice a day. Ideally, you should consume 15-30ml of kashayam mixed with an equal amount of warm water, around 30 minutes before meals. This aids in better absorption and digestion.
