I am really confused about this ksheerabala 101 capsules uses. So, a few months ago, I started feeling super tired and achy all the time, like, just dragging myself through the day. I went to the doctor, and they said my vata is outta balance, whatever that means. I heard about ksheerabala 101 capsules from a friend who swears by it for energy and pain relief. But like, I don’t really know if it’s right for me. Is it safe to take daily? And how exactly does ksheerabala 101 capsules help with fatigue? I've read some stuff online, but it’s all kinda vague. Anyone had any good/bad experiences?
