I am so confused about this samshamani vati thing. A few weeks ago, I just started feeling super fatigued and my digestion went haywire. It feels like my body is totally out of whack, and I noticed some weight fluctuations too! A friend recommended samshamani vati, saying it helps with restoring balance and boosting energy. But I’ve read mixed things online. Should I really try samshamani vati for my issues? Are there any side effects? I'm also worried if it’ll interact bad with other stuff I’m taking. Just feeling lost, any advice would be great!
