I am really curious about brahmi! So I’ve been feeling super stressed and forgetful lately—like, everything seems foggy! A friend told me about brahmi, and I decided to give it a shot since I heard it’s great for memory and concentration. I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks now, but I’m not really sure if it’s doing anything. I know some people say it helps them focus better almost instantly, while others might take longer. So, how long does brahmi take to work? Should I be more patient, or maybe I need a different dosage? Just feeling a bit lost here.
