Ansaari

I feel all time tired and sleepy, do not want to wake up, for thisi have to take 1 multi vitamin like supradyn daily, for 70-80% activeness, is it okay? I don't want to make it a habit for daily life. If not taken, I feel sleepy allthe time.

Hi If u feel tired all day means there may be any nutritional deficiencies so once check your Vit B12, D, zinc, calcium levels If any one of these parameters are decreased means u will be having these issues And accordingly u may take the supplement for it In Ayurveda u can take Ashwagandarishta 5 ml with 10 ml of warm water twice a day after food

Your experience of constant fatigue and sleepiness can be a signal that your body is calling for balance or an adjustment in your lifestyle, diet, or even mental state. While supplementing with a multivitamin like Supradyn might offer a temporary boost, relying on them consistently may be masking the underlying cause. In Ayurveda, persistent fatigue is often linked to imbalances in the doshas, especially the Kapha dosha, which can lead to stagnation or sluggishness. To address this naturally, consider some of these changes: First, focus on the diet. Consuming foods that are light, spicy, and warm can help stimulate the body's energy. Emphasize fresh, seasonal vegetables, legumes, and whole grains, while reducing heavy, oily, or excessively sweet foods. Avoid processed foods and instead incorporate spices like black pepper, ginger, and turmeric, known to help improve digestive fire (agni). Regular physical activity is crucial. Gentle exercises like brisk walking, yoga, or even sun salutations can invigorate the body. Aim for at least 30 minutes after waking up to set an energetic tone for the day. Also, consider your sleep routine. Excessive sleep can actually disrupt natural rhythms. Try maintaining consistent sleep schedule - retire to bed and wake up at the same time daily. Limit screen time before bed and create a calming bedtime ritual, like enjoying a cup of warm turmeric or ashvagandha tea. It's wise to examine your mental and emotional health too. Stress or anxiety may contribute to feelings of fatigue. Practices such as meditation or deep breathing can help navigate these feelings. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, it's wise to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out underlying medical conditions like anemia or thyroid issues. Addressing overall lifestyle and dietary inclinations can be gradual process - tuning in to this and responding with appropriate changes can potentially make those supplements redundant.
