Doctors’ responses

These can be due to nutritional deficiencies, low hb level and dehydration in body. Check CBC, vitamin B12, vitamin D. Monitor BP. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. ORS can be taken. Get up slowly from bed. Eat small frequent meals. Include leafy green vegetables, lentils, eggs, red meat. Food having vitamin c should be added. Draksharishtam 10 ml twice daily after food. Mandoora vatakam 0-1-0 with butter milk after food. Took these medications for 2 weeks. Then tell me the result

Feeling lightheaded and dizzy, especially upon waking or standing, can be concerning. Given that this young girl is experiencing these symptoms and is underweight at 33.45 kg, it suggests there may be a few underlying causes rooted in imbalance. In Ayurveda, such symptoms might be linked to a Vata imbalance, which often leads to feelings of lightness, dryness, and circulation issues. Considering the situation, ensuring she receives a thorough health evaluation by a medical professional is crucial to rule out any serious conditions like anemia or deficiencies. The urgency here cannot be understated; only a doctor can provide a holistic view with necessary tests. In Ayurveda, meanwhile, attention to her diet and lifestyle can support her recovery and overall balance. Introduce warming, grounding foods enriched with ghee, whole grains like rice and oats, and root vegetables such as sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets. These foods can nourish her dhatus and balance vata. Hydration is essential but avoid cold drinks; instead, aim for warm water or herbal teas with ginger, tulsi, or fennel, known for enhancing digestive fire (agni). Adopt a daily routine (dinacharya) that stabilizes Vata energy. Gentle pranayama such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) could help enhance circulation and calm her system . Encourage her to rise slowly from sleep or sitting, allowing the body's circulatory system to adjust gradually and to prevent sudden dizziness. Limit her screen time, which can strain her eye sight, potentially contributing to her blackness of vision. Instead, incorporate regular breaks to relax her eye muscles. Moderate sun exposure each day (10-15 minutes) can naturally boost Vitamin D levels, supporting overall bone health and vitality. Avoid fasting or skipping meals as they can further disrupt agni and lead to imbalance, instead prioritize regular meals through the day. This guidance should complement, and not replace, the medical advice and diagnostic tests that are warranted in this situation. The advice here aims for enhancing vitality and correcting imbalances contributing to these symptoms.
