My hair is turning white. I never smoke, never take alcohol. I have tried almost everything to turn them black but nothing work for me. I am 29 years old. I have 70%white hair now.I have used amla juice also.

Due modern lifestyle it’s common. To prevent it. Avoid addiction if any. Regular exercise shirshasan will be beneficial. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Avoid spicy,oily and processed food. Cow ghee nasya daily at bedtime. Tab.Saptamrut lauh 2-0-2 Bhrigraj oil for local application.
