I am really struggling with low energy levels and I’ve been reading about shilajit lately, especially for boosting testosterone. So, what I wanna know is, how much shilajit per day for testosterone would be effective? My friend uses it, says it's great for him, but I've seen different dosages mentioned online. I tried taking about 300mg one day and felt a little different, but not sure if it was the shilajit or just a good day?!! Sometimes I wonder if I’m overthinking it. Do I stick with that or go for something stronger? Any advice would be super helpful!
