I am really struggling with stamina for sex lately, and it’s starting to get me worried! So, about a month ago, I noticed I get tired way too quickly, like after just a few minutes, and I feel like I'm letting my partner down. I’ve tried working out more, but nothing's really changing. I heard about some natural remedies but not sure where to start... Is there any specific Ayurvedic advice on how to increase stamina for sex? Maybe some herbs or foods that could help? Also, does anyone have suggestions on lifestyle changes that might work? Just feel kinda lost here! Any insights would be appreciated!
