These results suggest a need for some adjustments to your lifestyle and treatment plan. High cholesterol and uric acid levels could be managed using authentic Ayurvedic approaches, especially considering you're already taking Panchagavya Gritha and Lashuna Rasayana. First, focus on diet. As a vegetarian, cut down on saturated fats from sources like cheese, butter, and fried foods. Instead, emphasize fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy fats such as nuts and seeds. Foods like garlic, which you're already using, are beneficial for cholesterol. Additionaly, add foods rich in omega-3 like flaxseeds and walnuts to your daily diet. In Ayurveda, balancing your doshas is crucial. High cholesterol may also indicate kapha imbalance, consider having warm herbal teas like trikatu or ginger tea which help regulate this. Try consuming warm water throughout the day to aid digestion and metabolism. Exercise is good, you mentioned playing badminton, which is great. Continue doing cardio and incorporate brisk walking or jogging in the mornings, which can further help manage cholesterol levels. Regarding your uric acid being high, avoid foods that are high in purines such as mushrooms and spinach. Also, ensure you're drinking plenty of water through out the day to help flush out toxins and reduce uric acid levels. Vitamin D levels are slightly low; you might consider spending more time in sunlight, which is a natural source. You might also consult for an Ayurvedic herbal supplement that supports bone health alongside your doctor. Lastly, make sure to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor regularly to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as necessary. Maintaining a holistic approach with Ayurveda can guide you well in achieving better health.
