I am really concerned about my hair these days. So, I am only 28 and have noticed so many greys popping up in the last few months. It's incredibly frustrating! I mean, just last year I had no grey hair at all, and now it's like every time I look in the mirror, there's more. Some friends have mentioned hereditary stuff, but as far as I know, my parents didn’t go grey until their 40s. I've tried a bunch of different hair dyes, but I don’t want to keep doing that forever. What I really wanna know is how to reverse premature grey hair naturally? I’ve heard about some Ayurvedic remedies but haven’t tried any yet. Like, I've heard that things like amla or curry leaves could help?? Might they actually work for me? And what about diet changes or any specific herbs? Should I be looking into detoxing somehow? I just feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start, so any advice on how to reverse premature grey hair would be awesome! Thanks!!!
