I am wondering about how much ashwagandha powder per day is safe and effective. I’ve heard about its benefits from various friends and honestly, I’m considering trying it out because I felt really drained the last few months. Like, work has been crazy stressful and I just can’t shake off this fatigue! My buddy swears by ashwagandha and says he feels way better after using it, but I also read somewhere that taking too much can have side effects, which kinda freaks me out. I mean, I don’t want to just throw a random scoop in my smoothie and hope for the best. Do I need to measure precisely or is there a general guideline?
