Manish apko jo takleefein hain wo sinositis ya High BP , neend poori na hona, gas hona etc. k wajah se hote hain Kuch ghareloo nuskhein apnaao- 1. Gas / Seene ke dard ke liye:
1 chammach ajwain + 1 chhutki kala namak garam paani ke saath din me 2 baar
Har din gaay ka ghee ek chammach khali pet lein — seene ki jalan aur garmi kam karega
2. Mooh me dard ke liye:
Fitkari (alum) ka pani se mooh dhoyein ya gargle karein
Agar sujan ya chhale hain to gulab jal + haldi milake lagaayein
3. Sir ke dhamak / awaaz ke liye:
Sarson tel ko thoda garam karke naak ke paas aur kaan ke peechhe lagayein
Anulom vilom pranayama 10 min subah shaam karein (naak se saans lena chhodna — dimag aur naadiya shaant hoti hain)
Seems like you’re experiencing multiple symptoms such as noise in the head, chest pains, and mouth pain. While it can be worrisome, here’s some guidance based on Ayurveda that might help until you get proper medical attention.
The noise in the head could be linked to Vata imbalance, which Ayurveda associates with wind and ether. It might be beneficial to pacify Vata by maintaining regular meals, avoiding cold and raw foods, and incorporating warming spices like ginger, cumin and cardamom in your diet. Practicing gentle yoga or pranayama can help too, calming your mind and body. However, if the noise persists, it’s very important to seek medical advice as it could be related to other underlying conditions.
Chest pain should never be ignored. Even if finances are a constraint, reaching out to a local health center or hospital for guidance is necessary as they often have provisions for emergencies. Sometimes, chest pains can be linked to Kapha or Vata imbalances. Avoid heavy, oily, and cold foods and try sipping on warm ginger tea, as it can help in clearing Ama (toxins) and unblocking channels.
Mouth pain might be due to Pitta imbalance especially if it includes inflammation or ulcers. It might help to avoid spicy or sour foods and incorporate cooling substances like fennel seeds or drinking coriander water to maintain Pitta in balance.
It’s paramount to emphasis that while Ayurveda offers support, it’s essential to prioritize professional medical aid in urgent situations; use local health resources available as they might offer services based on current financial situations. Immediate medical attention will ensure that nothing serious is overlooked.
