I am really struggling lately with this issue, and I've been trying to think about how to improve erection strength naturally. You see, a few months ago, I noticed things weren’t quite working like they used to. At first, I thought it was stress from work or maybe just getting older, but now I’m starting to worry. Include ghee, nuts like almonds and walnuts, sesame seeds, and foods high in zinc, like pumpkin seeds. These are thought to support shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue).

You mentioned yoga - that’s great! Particularly, some asanas can help. Try postures like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose) which can improve blood circulation and stimulate the pelvic region. Make sure your routine is regular to see improvements.
