I am really curious about how to use shatavari powder properly. Last month, I started feeling super fatigued and just overall kinda low, you know? I read somewhere that shatavari can help boost energy and improve mood. I got some organic shatavari powder from the local store, and I wanna make sure I'm using it right! I mixed a teaspoon with warm water in the mornings, but I don’t feel like it’s kicking in. Should I be using it in different ways? Some friends suggested adding it to smoothies or even in my oatmeal, but I’m not quite sure about the taste.
