Is it like morning or at night? I’ve heard different things, and honestly, I can’t afford to mess this up! Plus, I've read online that if taken wrong, you might not feel the benefits, which scares me a bit. Do I mix it with something or just take it straight? I tried it once in the morning with warm water, but I felt a bit nauseous after and went back to bed. 😩 Also, how long does it take to see any effects?
