I am really curious about how to use brahmi powder for brain health. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really foggy and distracted, especially during my work. Like, I’ll be on a call, and then suddenly I have no idea what’s being said! This is sooo frustrating because I’m usually pretty sharp. I read somewhere that brahmi can be super helpful for focus and memory. A friend suggested I try brahmi powder, and I was like, cool, but how do you even use it? Do I need to mix it with something? I looked online, and there are like a million ways to use it but none that stood out as perfect, you know? I mean, can I just stir some in my morning smoothie, or does it have to be in warm milk or something? Also, I heard it works better with certain other herbs. Should I take it every day? I’m kinda lost on the dosage too— is it just a pinch or a teaspoon? Just trying to make sense of everything. Any tips on how to use brahmi powder for brain clarity would be sooo appreciated!!
