I am really confused about how to use gond siyah. I've read a lot about its benefits for boosting immunity and increasing strength, especially after my recent bout with a cold that lasted way too long. My grandmother mentioned it when I told her about feeling run-down and fatigued all the time. She said it's this natural gum, right? I got a pack, but now I'm unsure of the best way to incorporate gond siyah into my diet. Like, do I just chew it? Should I mix it with something? I've seen recipes online but they seem complicated, with all these spices and stuff. Plus, I feel weird because I don't know the right amount to take. Is there a specific dosage, or is it more about just listening to my body? I also don’t wanna end up taking too much and feeling sick. Anyone had experience with how to use gond siyah?
