I am really confused about this whole weight loss journey, ya know? I've tried various diets and workouts, but nothing seems to stick. Recently, I heard about this amla juice and how it could help with weight loss. I remember my grandma used to say amla is great for health, but is amla juice good for weight loss? Like, can it really help burn those stubborn calories? I've started drinking it in the mornings, hoping it'll give me that boost, but sometimes I question if I'm just falling for another health fad. I’ve been feeling bloated all the time, and honestly, the scale isn't moving much. I also read online that amla juice has some antioxidants that might help with digestion or metabolism or something. Can this juice really burn fat? I mean, I like the taste, but can drinking amla juice alone make that much of a difference? Would love to hear if any of you have tried it and if it worked for you. I'm kinda desperate here and wanna get things right, but I don't wanna waste time on gimmicks!
