severe acne, hair fall, and ovarian cysts — is strongly linked to hormonal imbalance, most likely PCOD/PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). The ultrasound shows 4 cysts (3 in right ovary, 1 in left) measuring ~1.9 cm, which is typical in PCOD. Along with the medication also follow Diet & Lifestyle Reset (Very Important)

✅ Eat:

Moong dal, lauki (bottle gourd), pumpkin, beetroot

Amla, coconut water, soaked almonds

Flax seeds, curry leaves, methi (fenugreek)

Jeera water / coriander seed water

❌ Avoid:

Sugar, dairy, fried foods

Junk food, maida, bread, bakery

Cold drinks, soy products

Too much coffee, tea

For dealing with acne and hair fall due to hormonal imbalances from ovary cysts, Ayurveda focuses on balancing the doshas—primarily calming Pitta and Vata doshas. First, consider diet: avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods, as they aggravate Pitta. Incorporate foods like mung beans, zucchini, and cilantro for their cooling effects. Ensure staying hydrated with warm water, which aids proper digestion and detoxification.

Include herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari in your daily routine. These adaptogens help balance hormones and strengthen the body. You can take them as powder, about 1 teaspoon (5 grams) mixed with a glass of milk or warm water once daily, in morning. Turmeric, for its anti-inflammatory properties, can be added to meals or a teaspoon added to warm milk.

For topical acne treatments, consider a paste of sandalwood and rosewater applied to affected areas for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off. For hair, massage the scalp with Brahmi oil or Bhringraj oil, 2-3 times a week, to improve circulation and strengthen roots.

Yogasanas like Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) support proper reproductive system function and bring balance to hormones. Practice these regularly.

For the cysts, treatment can be improved with Triphala—a combination of three herbal fruits that help detoxify and balance the system. Take 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water at night before bed for gentle internal cleansing.

However, considering the size and number of cysts, it’s important to work alongside a healthcare provider or gynecologist. Severe symptoms that do not improve with holistic measures may need medical intervention, so regular monitoring is crucial.
