is dahi good for acidity - #24403
I am really confused about whether is dahi good for acidity or not! I've been dealing with some pretty awful heartburn lately, and it feels like no matter what I eat, that burning sensation just won’t go away. I read somewhere that dahi can be soothing for the stomach, but then I came across some posts saying it could actually make things worse, especially if someone is already facing acidity issues. I used to love having a bowl of dahi after my meals, thinking it's supposed to help digestion, right? But now, every time I try it, I worry about the aftermath. I don’t know if it’s just my body reacting badly right now, or if there’s some truth behind the idea that is dahi good for acidity. Does it really help in calming the stomach down, or should I just stay away from it altogether?
