49 years old female, I have gained weight and cannot lose it now although I don’t eat much. Also my face has pigmentation issues, I am bloated most of the time, I wake up tired with aches and pains. Suggest organic simple to do things so that I can lose weight and maintain and relive myself go aches and pains. Without affecting my busy schedule
