I am really worried about my gums lately. They’ve been bleeding a lot while brushing my teeth — and I'm trying to figure out how to stop bleeding gums naturally. Just the other day, I noticed it more than before after eating something crunchy, which was super frustrating. I've been using a soft-bristle toothbrush and still this issue seems to persist. I read about some home remedies that claim they can help, but I’m not sure what actually works. Like, I've heard that certain oils or saltwater rinses might be helpful. Is there any specific natural ingredient u guys would recommend? Also, are there like, dietary changes I should consider? I barely eat greens, and I wonder if that could be a factor too. How to stop bleeding gums naturally feels like a never-ending journey, and I just want to get to the bottom of this!! Would love any insights or personal experiences that helped you. Thank you!!
