I am kinda struggling with some personal stuff lately. I’ve read that ashwagandha can be super beneficial for many things, and recently came across some claims that it *does ashwagandha increase sex drive*! I mean, my partner and I have been feeling a bit off in the bedroom, and I was wondering if this herb could help us out! A little backstory – we’ve both been under a ton of stress with work and everything, and I noticed that my energy levels are pretty low, which can’t be good, right?
