I am really trying to figure this out — does moringa powder help in weight loss? I've been on a health kick lately, trying to shed some pounds after a period of indulging way too much, like eating out and bingeing on snacks during binge-watch sessions. Anyway, a friend mentioned moringa powder and said it might be the magic I need. I've heard that it's packed with nutrients and stuff, but honestly, I’ve got this nagging doubt about whether just sprinkling it in my smoothies and oatmeal will actually help in weight loss. I'm already getting all these shakes and salads, but the scale is moving like molasses. I've experienced some bloating too, not sure if it's from the new diet or maybe something else? I mean, how am I supposed to keep up with these changes, especially if I'm not seeing results? Anyone here have real experiences with this? Does moringa powder really do the trick for weight loss or is it just another trend? Any tips on how to incorporate it in a way that might actually help?
