I am really struggling with some low energy and motivation lately. I've been doing some research trying to figure out what could help me out. A friend mentioned that I should consider looking into which juice increases testosterone levels, but I’m not sure where to start. I've tried a few different things, like, just drinking pomegranate juice because I heard it might be good, but honestly, I'm not sure if I've seen any difference. Also, I had some blood work done recently, and my testosterone levels came back a bit lower than normal. Not super low, but enough to raise some questions, ya know? I’ve read about beet juice being beneficial too, but like, should I be mixing juices or just sticking to one? Which juice actually increase testosterone the most? I'm trying to keep things natural here, but I’m feeling kinda lost with all the conflicting info. Any suggestions?
