I am really struggling with my energy levels, especially when it comes to my sex life. Lately, I feel like I just can't keep up, and honestly, it’s kinda affecting my confidence. I’ve read that certain foods can help boost energy but I’m not sure which ones. I’ve tried things like bananas, which I thought would help, but I haven't felt a major change. Trying to figure out what foods increase stamina in bed seems like it would be really useful. I even checked my diet, and it seems kinda lacking in variety. I tend to stick to the same old meals – mostly pasta and some grilled chicken, but I wonder if there's more I can do. Is it just about the type of food, or do meal times matter too? Like, should I be eating something before or after a workout? Anyone experienced a shift from incorporating foods that increase stamina in bed? I just want some practical ideas from you guys.
