I am really struggling with my weight lately and heard people talk about how does dalia help in weight loss. I never thought much about it until my cousin mentioned it last week. She’s been eating dalia for breakfast every morning and lost like 10 pounds in just a month! Sounds too good to be true, right? I tried it for a few days now, but honestly, I’m still feeling hungry pretty soon after eating. I mean, I thought it would be filling since it's supposed to be healthy and all. I even read that salting it might take away some benefits... Any truth to that? Also, I typically have a hard time sticking to diets. Would adding dalia to my regular meals really make a difference or should I be doing something else? I don’t wanna waste my time if it’s just a fad! How does dalia help in weight loss compared to other grains? Any tips for incorporating it into meals without getting bored? Just really looking for some advice, Thanks!
