I am really confused about when to take shilajit. I’ve been hearing so much about its benefits. Last month, I started feeling completely drained, like I had no energy at all. A friend told me shilajit can help with fatigue, so I ordered some. However, I keep reading conflicting things about **what is the best time to take shilajit**. Mornings? After meals? Before bed? I usually wake up feeling fine, but then by mid-afternoon, I'm like a zombie and want to nap. Also, I’ve tried taking it in the morning right after I wake up, but I feel jittery. Is that normal? I’m not sure if it’s even working since I can't figure out the timing. Like, I want to maximize the benefits—what if I’m just wasting my money?
