I am feeling kinda miserable with this cold and cough that just won’t go away. My throat’s scratchy and I keep sneezing, and it's actually becoming super annoying. My grandma used to make this amazing kadha whenever we were sick, but I can’t remember exactly how to make kadha for cold and cough. Like, I think it had ginger, but did she use cinnamon? Or was it something else? I remember it being spicy and somehow comforting. I even looked online, but there are too many variations, and I just want the traditional one that packs a punch and helps clear this up, ya know? I tried to experiment a bit last night but ended up with something that tasted like mud… Not great! 😩 Can someone give me a simple recipe for kadha for cold and cough that actually works? Also, how much of each ingredient should I use? Would love to hear your tips and tricks too! Thanks in advance!
