I am feeling kinda miserable with this cold and cough that just won’t go away. My throat’s scratchy and I keep sneezing, and it's actually becoming super annoying. My grandma used to make this amazing kadha whenever we were sick, but I can’t remember exactly how to make kadha for cold and cough. Like, I think it had ginger, but did she use cinnamon? Or was it something else? I remember it being spicy and somehow comforting.
