I am dealing with some energy issues and thinking bout trying shilajit cause I hear it’s supposed to be really good for overall health. I’ve read a lot about it lately, like how it helps with fatigue and maybe even boosts stamina? But honestly, I’m a bit confused about how to have shilajit in the right way. Do I just take it straight? Or should I mix it with something? I got some resin from a health store, and the guy there said I can dissolve it in warm water or milk, but does that really matter? Also, I keep thinking, like, if I don’t feel anything right away, should I be worried? My friend told me that shilajit works better over time, but still, waiting for results can be tough! I’m just curious about how long people typically take to notice a difference when they start using shilajit. Help me out here, plz! Any tips or personal experiences would be awesome.
