does evecare stop menstruation - #25492

Addison

I am really confused about something that's been happening with my cycle. I've been taking this supplement called Evecare for a while now to help with my irregular periods, but I'm starting to feel like maybe it's having a strange effect. Lately, my menstruation has almost completely stopped, and I can't help but wonder, does Evecare stop menstruation? Like, is that normal? I read somewhere that it can help balance hormones but now I'm worried I did something wrong. I mean, I started taking it because my periods were so unpredictable—sometimes they would be heavy and other times barely there. I thought Evecare was supposed to help with that, you know? But now, after a few weeks of consistent use, I’m literally checking every day and nothing. My friends say it might just be stress, but I feel like there's gotta be more to it. Should I consult a doctor, or is this something that will fix itself with time? I'm kinda lost here and just hoping for some clarity!

Evecare is an Ayurvedic formulation traditionally used to support female reproductive health and manage menstrual irregularities, but it’s not typically associated with stopping menstruation altogether. It’s designed to help balance hormones and regulate cycles, so the experience you’re sharing sounds a bit unusual. Could be other factors at play here too. Your body’s response might be influenced by your prakriti (constitution), current health state, and lifestyle, so let’s dig into it.

Firstly, let’s consider your dosha—you might have an imbalance possibly linked to Vata, which could lead to irregular periods or even amenorrhea (absence of menstruation). Evecare generally aims to correct such imbalances to bring about harmony, but if it’s causing your menstruation to stop completely, we need to think about potential causes.

Check on your diet first. Are you eating regularly with enough healthy fats? They are crucial for maintaining hormonal balance. Ghee, almonds, and sesame seeds can be beneficial. Make sure you’re staying hydrated and not missing meals.

Consider also your stress levels. Stress can significantly affect hormones due to the effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which can in return influence your menstrual cycle. Regular yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation might help reduce stress and assist in stabilizing your cycle.

As you already started, it’s important to tune in with your body—doesn’t hurt reaching out to a healthcare provider just to rule out any unexpected reactions or complications, particularly if there’s be underlying conditions. They can run some tests if needed to ensure everything’s running smoothly.

Remember, if any sudden or severe symptoms like significant pain or discomfort arise, seek medical attention immediately. For now, keep tracking your cycle and holistic lifestyle choices to find balance naturally. Don’t hesitate to stop the supplement temporarily and observe changes from there.
