I am kinda lost here and need some advice. Lately, I've been feeling really sluggish and my digestion is all over the place. A friend suggested I try aloe vera juice but I have no idea which aloe vera juice is best for my situation. I’ve been doing some research, but honestly, it's so confusing! Some say to look for 100% pure aloe vera juice, while others talk about additives and organic vs. non-organic stuff. Last week, I tried one that was on sale, but it tasted really weird and didn’t do much for my stomach. I guess I expected some instant magic or something haha! 😅 Anyway, which aloe vera juice is best if you want to support digestion and maybe help boost energy? I mean, am I better off with a gel version or is juice really the way to go? I feel like I need to find the right one quickly, but all these options are just making me more confused. Any recommendations or tips to figure out which aloe vera juice is best?
