I am suffering from. Premarure ejaculation and due to a accident I cannot do pelvic floor exercises. Can you suggest good medicines so that i can maintain timing and prevent premature ejaculation. I have no problems like sugar or Blood pressure. I am only suffering from thyroid problem only and taking thyroid tablets of 125-150 mg. Please advise
