In your case, managing diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, and gastric issues involves a comprehensive approach blending both Ayurvedic principles with necessary medical touchpoints. Let’s untangle this a bit.

Starting with diabetes, Ayurveda pays special attention to managing blood sugar levels through diet and lifestyle. Whole grains like barley, millet, and Ragi serve well here, as they help maintain stable energy release. Incorporate fenugreek and bitter gourd into meals; they hold quite a reputation in keeping sugar levels in check.

Addressing blood pressure - stress management becomes key. Practices like meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and yoga can be incredibly beneficial. Ashwagandha and Arjuna are potent herbs known in Ayurveda for supporting cardiovascular health. But remember, it’s important they slot into your routine under professional guidance.

Your gastric issues may suggest a disturbance in the digestive fire or “Agni.” Avoid spicy, fried foods and include more easily digestible dishes. Ginger tea post-meals aids digestion. Trivrit churna, a herbal formulation, can be useful, but must be tailored to your body’s needs.

Cholesterol concerns? Let’s emphasize a diet light in saturated fats. Ghee (in moderation though), turmeric, and garlic can be promising dietary allies in cholesterol balance.

As for improving motion, consuming fiber-rich foods like green leafy veggies, with ample hydration can help regulate bowel movements. Triphala, an Ayurvedic remedy, is revered for aiding digestion and clearing the bowel, but like all suggestions, consult with a skilled practitioner before integrating them into your regime fully.

Given the ailments you’ve shared, alongside Ayurvedic steps, it’s crucial to collaborate with your healthcare provider to achieve a harmonious and safe well-being journey. Regular consultations will assure balanced treatment and preventive care. And most importantly, follow any prescribed medication timely, do not let these therapies conflict or delay necessary medical interventions.
