Hi Kunjal , Your concern about your daughter is totally understandable. Since she is in adolescent group there will be so much of hormonal fluctuations which is quite normal But here she is getting periods in each 15days, since 3 months which can't be normalized. So we have find out the exact cause of this. So I suggest to take * USG scan of Abdomen and pelvis *Blood test of TSH,T3 and T4 And VITAMIN -D3 Meanwhile she can start, 1.Mensokot Tab 2-0-2 after food 2.Chandraprabha gulika 1-1-1 before food 3.Ashokarishtam 10ml twice daily after food Do's Adequate water intake More focus on fruits and vegetables Include Sprouted grains Walking - daily 30min to 1hour Practice yoga and meditation regularly Don'ts Tea /coffee Oily too salty sour sweet foods Junk foods Carbonated/soft drinks Maida and its products Chocolates Bakery items
