Dr. Manjula
I am a dedicated Ayurveda practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for restoring health through traditional Ayurvedic principles. My clinical approach revolves around understanding the unique constitution (Prakruti) and current imbalance (Vikruti) of each individual. I conduct comprehensive consultations that include Prakruti-Vikruti Pareeksha, tongue examination, and other Ayurvedic diagnostic tools to identify the underlying causes of disease, rather than just addressing symptoms. My primary focus is on balancing the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—through individualized treatment plans that include herbal medicines, therapeutic diets, and lifestyle modifications. I believe that healing begins with alignment, and I work closely with my patients to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony using personalized, constitution-based interventions. Whether managing chronic conditions or guiding preventive health, I aim to empower patients through Ayurvedic wisdom, offering not just relief but a sustainable path to well-being. My practice is rooted in authenticity, guided by classical Ayurvedic texts and a strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. I take pride in helping people achieve long-term health outcomes by integrating ancient knowledge with a modern, practical approach. Through continuous learning and close attention to every detail in diagnosis and treatment, I strive to deliver meaningful, natural, and effective results for all my patients.

In Ayurveda, the presence of lumps or boils in the vulva area can be related to Kapha dosha imbalance, which may lead to the stagnation and blockage of bodily channels. It could also involve Pitta dosha if there's involvement of infection or inflammation, even though you're not experiencing pain. First, maintaining cleanliness and dryness in the area is crucial. Use lukewarm water to gently cleanse the area, and avoid harsh soaps or chemicals that may irritate the skin. After cleaning, make sure to pat the area dry completely. Wearing loose-fitting, breathable cotton underwear can help to ensure adequate ventilation. Diet can play a significant role. Reducing foods that aggravate Kapha like dairy, fried foods, and too much sweet or salty food is beneficial. Focus more on fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and light meals. Including turmeric in your diet due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties might help. A simple way is to mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder in warm milk and consume it once daily. Another option is Trikatu churna, which may boost metabolism, helping to balance Kapha and enhance digestion. A quarter teaspoon could be taken with honey after meals. Applying a paste made from a small amount of neem powder with rose water might assist in soothing the area due to neem's antibacterial properties. If there's no improvement in these lumps or if they change in size, color, or becomes painful, it is imperative to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying issues. Remember, while self-care measures are helpful, it is important to monitor the condition and seek medical evaluation if symptoms persist or worsen.
