HELLO KRISHNA, Your stomach is not able to digest food properly right now. That’s why you're feeling like pooping all the time, but nothing comes out. Gas is getting stuck inside and making your belly feel tight and uncomfortable. The heat in your body is going up, which is why you're getting acne and hair fall. The mucus in your throat is your body’s way of reacting to all this internal imbalance. It’s mostly due to poor digestion, eating wrong foods, maybe eating late or under stress, or too much screen time. We just need to reset your stomach and clean out the waste that’s stuck inside. No heavy medicines needed just follow a simple daily routine and your gut, skin, and hair will all start settling. Morning (Empty Stomach): 1 glass warm water + 1 tsp cow ghee After 15 mins: ½ tsp Triphala churna + ½ tsp Avipattikar churna with warm water 30 minutes before lunch and dinner: Hingwashtak churna – 1 tsp with warm water After Lunch: Guduchi satva – 1 pinch + Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet (with warm water) Evening (if bloating is bad): Jeera + Saunf + Ajwain tea (boil all 1 tsp each in 2 cups water → reduce to 1 cup and sip) Night before Sleep: 1 tsp Triphala churna with warm water or Triphala decoction (boil 1 tsp Triphala in 1 cup water → reduce to half → strain and drink) Daily Routine Tips: Eat only when you’re actually hungry (not by clock) Avoid curd, cold drinks, bread, biscuits, fried food, and milk at night Drink warm water throughout the day Add ghee to your food daily Eat dinner before 8 PM Avoid long screen time after meals Walk 15 mins after lunch and dinner Don’t sleep during the day Apply neem + multani mitti + rose water on face 3 times a week Please get these done if possible: CBC (to check for infection/inflammation) LFT (Liver Function Test – to check heat and toxins) TSH (thyroid – for hair fall and sluggish digestion) Vitamin D3, B12 (for skin/hair health and energy) Stool Routine & Occult Blood (to rule out IBS or gut infection) Once we clear the heat and gas from your stomach, everything elsemotions, skin, hair, and throat mucuswill settle on its own. If you have any doubts, you can contact me. Take care, Regards, DR.Karthika

Experiencing the sensation of needing to poop all day without actual evacuation, along with bloating and gas, could be connected to an imbalance in your Vata and Pitta doshas. These symptoms, along with heat generation, acne, hair fall, and throat mucus, suggest that the body is struggling to maintain harmony. Firstly, focusing on your agni, or digestive fire, which seems to be disturbed, is crucial. A consistent daily routine is beneficial. Try waking up and sleeping at the same times each day to help balance your doshas. Your diet should be adjusted to pacify both Vata and Pitta. Favor cooling, hydrating, and grounding foods. Think along the lines of consuming warm, cooked meals, including kitchari, rice, and stews, which are gentle on digestion and help to settle Vata. Incorporate more naturally sweet, bitter, and astringent foods, such as leafy greens, cucumbers, and sweet fruits, which aid in balancing Pitta. Minimize intake of spicy, oily, and excessively sour foods that may aggravate your symptoms. Keep hydrated, but avoid cold beverages. Warm herbal teas, like fennel or cumin-coriander, can support digestion and reduce bloating. Practice abhyanga, or self-massage, with cooling oils like coconut oil, to ease the heat in your body. This can be deeply calming for Vata and help manage stress levels, which often affect the digestive process. Incorporate breathing exercises, such as Sheetali Pranayama, to cool the body, calm the mind and improve overall energy flow. For your throat mucus, consider consuming a mixture of ginger and honey to help soothe and clear it out. If symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation, as they can offer a more comprehensive assessment and additional interventions. Remember to avoid processed foods and artificial sugars as they can cultivatie imbalance in your gut and worsen digestive ailments. With consistent effort and patience these practices may help settle your digestive distress.
