Im 34 i have maturity arrest in teenage i have married few years ago i face testicular growth arrest. Due to this i have zero sperm production and zero semen. I also face anejaculation. My morning erection are zero. From my childhood i never noticed my semen libido. I also suffer from fatigue all the time and I have gut problem due to constipation.
