I can have sex properly asIdis charge very quickly. This is happeningto me for a verylobgperiodof time.So please suggest me something that can cure me earlier discharge. I do not have any other issues.

And start taking these medications, 1.Ashwagandha choorna 1tsf B.d.with lukewarm milk. 2.1 tsf of Atamgupta churna with a glass of lukewarm milk at bed time only. 3.Shilajit gold cap.1-0-1 4.Tab. Confido 1-0-1

Hello Rajan ji, Don’t worry, every 1 out of 10 males in India suffer from ED and premature ejaculation . With proper ayurvedic treatment plan ,this issue can be resolved. Treatment - 1. Chandraprabha vati -2-0-2 after meal 2. Yauvanamrit vati-2-0-2 after meal 3. Shilajit sat- 2 drops in milk at bedtime 4. Medha vati-1-0-1 after meal 5. Baidyanath Vita EX oil - For local application and massage.

Diet- Eat dates, raisins, soaked and peeled almonds. Eat foods that increase Nitric oxide levels include: Green leafy vegetables Citrus fruits Nuts and seeds Pomegranates Garlic

Yoga- Ardha matasyendrasana , pavanmuktasan , bhujangasan, sarvangasan,pelvic floor exercises,kegel exercise.
