Exploring your situation, it’s essential to address each concern from an Ayurvedic perspective. In Ayurveda, skin issues, IBS, and cysts often connect to imbalances in the doshas. Let’s break this down:

Your facial bumps might be linked to an aggravated Kapha dosha, especially if they’re characterized by oiliness or congestion, while stress might indicate Vata imbalance. For skin care: consider applying a paste of sandalwood and turmeric mixed with rose water on your face—let it sit for 15-20 minutes before washing off with lukewarm water. This can help to balance Pitta and Kapha doshas, calming inflammation and cleansing the skin gently.

IBS, meanwhile—often classified under Vata type disorder in Ayurveda—requires steadying of Agni (digestive fire). Incorporate cumin, fennel, and ginger in your meals. Warm teas of these herbs can stabilize digestion. A regulated eating schedule aids digestion; try to eat at the same times daily and avoid cold or raw foods which can further aggravate Vata. Consider consuming warm, cooked meals that are easier to digest.

Regarding cysts, herbal formulations like Guggulu or Ashwagandha might be beneficial, but should be used under the guidance of a practitioner due to your unique body constitution. Avoiding processed foods, refined sugars, and excessive dairy may also reduce cyst formation, as these can exacerbate congestion in the body.

For stress reduction and hair issues, Shirodhara therapy could be quite beneficial. However, simpler daily self-care practices include massaging your scalp with warm Ayurvedic oils such as Bhringraj or Coconut oil—do this before your shower to improve circulation and strengthen hair follicles. Regular Pranayama and meditation, practiced every morning and/or evening, can balance all three doshas and significantly reduce stress.

Be mindful that your symptoms may require integrative care, and consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner in-person or simultaneously working with a modern medical practitioner could be necessary, particularly for the cyst issue. Timely and informed intervention can optimize health outcomes across the board.

Tiny bumps, IBS, cysts, stress, hairfall all seem interconnected through an imbalance of your doshas. In Siddha-Ayurveda, skin issues and hair problems often point to a vitiation in your Pitta dosha, whereas IBS can often relate to a imbalanced Vata or Pitta dosha. First, enhance your Agni or digestive fire by taking Trikatu churna with warm water before meals - this aids digestion, pacifies Vata and Pitta.

For skin bumps, consider applying a face mask made from turmeric, sandalwood powder and rose water twice a week. Turmeric possesses cleansing properties and helps balance Pitta on the skin’s surface. If pimples persist, a mix of neem powder and water can be beneficial applied directly on affected areas.

To address hairfall, nourish your scalp with herbal oils like Brahmi or Bhringraj oil at least twice a week; massage gently. These oils strengthen your hair roots and help in reducing hairfall.

Cut down on Pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, oily, and fried items, and favor more cooling and nourishing foods such as cucumber, melons, cilantro which help in calming down Pitta. Including ghee in your meals can also provide the necessary moisture to the body.

For cysts and stress, incorporating Ashwagandha capsules daily could be helpful; it supports adrenal health and reduces stress. Regular yoga and pranayama can manage stress levels effectively; stress usually intensifies symptoms, so adressing stress is essential.

However, considering the complexity with cysts and IBS, it’s pivotal to consult with a healthcare professional. These need careful and preferably immediate medical consideration. Make sure to follow up with your healthcare provider to guide you appropriately.
