Your symptoms are related with PCOS. Took some medicines and follow up your cycle and if possible took USG.
1. Varanadi kashayam 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water at morning, half an hour before food. 2. Sukumaram kashaya 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water at evening, half an hour before food. 3. Kanchanara guggulu 2-0-2 after food. 4. Ayaskriti 15 ml after food. 5. Ksheerabala tailam as talam at evening.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) manifests in different ways due to aggravated Kapha dosha and often includes symptoms like irregular periods, weight stabilization, acne, and hirsutism. The approach requires balancing your system with targeted steps.
First, addressing your diet. Focus on freshly prepared and warm meals that pacify Kapha. Include barley, millet, and oats in your meals as they help in lightening body weight. Limit intake of heavy and greasy foods, refined sugars, and dairy. Opt for lighter proteins like legumes and lentils, fish and chicken. Vegetables such as leafy greens, cauliflower, and broccoli aid in detoxifying and balancing hormones. Make sure to stay hydrated—sip warm water or herbal teas throughout the day.
Regarding exercise, continue it but ensure it’s balanced and invigorating rather than strenuous. Activities such as brisk walking, yoga, or swimming keep the metabolism active without overexerting. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) can be an effective daily practice, offering both physical and mental benefits.
Herbal remedies play a significant role; consider taking Triphala powder at night with hot water to help in detoxification and supporting digestion. Shatavari and Ashwagandha can bolster hormonal balance, though it’s advisable to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for precise dosing.
Stress reduction is key, as it affects weight and hormonal balance. Practice Abhyanga (self-massage with warm sesame oil) regularly, folllowed by a warm bath to enhance circulation and relaxation. Including meditation or breathing exercises in your routine can enhance mental clarity and reduce stress.
Regularity in lifestyle is crucial. Try to wake up and sleep at the same time daily, supporting your body’s natural rhythms. Lastly, if symptoms persist or worsen, it’s important to seek a healthcare professional who can provide appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to your needs.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) often involves an imbalance in Kapha dosha, contributing to weight gain, irregular menstruation, and hormonal disruptions like acne and hirsutism. Here’s how to tackle it.
First, focusing on diet is crucial. Reduce Kapha-aggravating foods such as dairy, sweets, and heavy, fried foods. Instead, opt for lighter, more pungent and bitter foods. Incorporating green leafy vegetables, whole grains like quinoa, barley, and astringent fruits like berries can balance Kapha. Use spices such as turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger to stimulate Agni (digestive fire) and metabolic functions.
With PCOS, consistent physical activity is beneficial. Regular brisk walking for 30 minutes a day can help manage weight and reduce insulin resistance, common in PCOS. Incorporate yoga postures, especially those that improve circulation to the pelvic region like Baddha Konasana and Setu Bandhasana.
Herbs like Shatavari, Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), and Ashwagandha can be beneficial for hormonal balance and stress management. Take them under guidance of a qualified practitioner. Additionally, Chitrakadi Vati can help enhance digestion and metabolism.
Regularization of menstrual cycles can also be supported by practices like Dhyana (meditation) to reduce stress and balance hormones. Avoid stress-inducing factors as cortisol imbalance can further disturb hormonal levels.
If symptoms worsen or persist, consult an endocrinologist to rule out any serious complications. Also, routine check-up with an Ayurvedic practitioner can provide personalized treatment aligned with your Prakriti (unique constitution).
