Let’s look at this from an Ayurvedic perspective. You’re dealing with unexplained infertility and inflammation which manifests as cuts on your soles. According to Ayurveda, imbalance in doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—can be a contributing factor.

Inflammation suggests a Pitta imbalance, which may also affect your reproductive health. Addressing this involves cooling and balancing measures. Integrating dietary changes is crucial. Avoid spicy, sour, and excessively salty foods that aggravate Pitta. Favor cooling, sweet, and bitter foods like cucumbers, melons, and dark leafy greens. Prioritize hydration with herbal teas such as chamomile or mint.

For your sole cuts, local application of Aloe Vera gel or coconut oil can be soothing. Turmeric paste, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, might also aid in healing.

Now, Shilajit Gold can be beneficial if used correctly. It strengthens and rejuvenates but should be used cautiously during inflammation. Consider starting with small doses, say a pea-sized amount, mixed with warm milk in the morning. Always consult with an Ayurvedic physician before starting Shilajit to ensure suitability for your specific condition.

Lifestyle-wise, daily yoga and pranayama can stabilize your doshas and enhance fertility. Practices like Bhramari and Anulom Vilom work well to calm the mind and body. Adequate sleep and managing stress through meditation are key aspects too.

Inflammation needs a systematic approach. Regular abhayanga (self-massage) with cooling oils like coconut or sesame helps in managing Vata and Pitta. Ayurveda emphasizes a holistic approach, so consistency is vital. If symptoms persist, particularly regarding fertility concerns, it’s crucial to consult a healthcare professional for further guidance.

When it comes to unexplained infertility combined with inflammation, it’s crucial to look at the underlying disbalances in your doshas and overall body constitution. You mentioned inflammation, which suggests a potential excess of Pitta dosha. Addressing this imbalance can be an excellent starting point in your journey toward conception.

Start by focusing on a Pitta-pacifying diet. This generally involves consuming cooling and calming foods like cucumbers, melons, leafy greens, and reducing intake of spicy, fried or excessively sour foods. Hydration is also essential, ensure you drink plenty of water throughout your day to support your body’s natural detoxification processes.

Herbal remedies play a significant role in Siddha-Ayurvedic practice. Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) and Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) may help reduce inflammation and support reproductive health. Prepare a decoction with these herbs to drink daily or as suggested by an Ayurvedic practitioner familiar with your specific prakriti.

For the inflammation and cuts on your sole, applying a paste made from turmeric and aloe vera gel can offer soothing relief due to their anti-inflammatory properties. Do this twice a day after a gentle cleansing of the area with warm water.

Regarding Shilajit, while it is potent and can enhance vitality, it’s essential to seek personalized advice from an experienced practitioner before use. It’s also worthwhile to consult with a healthcare provider about unexplained infertility and inflammation, as further medical evaluation might be necessary to rule out underlying conditions that require attention.

Incorporate stress reduction practices to balance body and mind, such as yoga and pranayama, and ensure adequate rest to aid the healing process. Remember, while these steps can be beneficial, they should complement, not replace, professional medical advice when needed.
