Hello Chanchal ji, 1. Trayodashanga guggulu-1-1-1 after meals ( crush this tablet into 2-3 parts for better absorption) 2. Ekangveer Ras 2-0-2 after meals 3. Mahanarayan tel- Apply on back and joints. 4.Triphla churna- Half tsp with lukewarm water at bedtime.

Diet- . Include ginger, asafoetida, Fenugreek, turmeric, garlic, drumstick,ghee,milk in diet. . Avoid peas, cauliflower , capsicum,kalay daal.

Yoga and exercises- .Ankle rotation,cat-cow pose ,flexion- extension of knee joint.

Lifestyle modifications - . Reduce climbing stairs,sitting cross legged. .Avoid lifting heavy weights. .Avoid prolonged standing.

Uric acid level high hona aur iss se related joint pain aur swelling ka main karan Vata dosha imbalance ho sakta hai, jo Ayurveda me ek pramukh karan mana jata hai. Firstly, unki diet control karna bahut zaruri hai. Unhe purine-rich foods jaisey red meat, organ meats aur high-fat dairy products se bachna chahiye kyunki yeh uric acid levels ko aur bhi bada sakta hai. Iske alawa, beans, peas, lentils aur mushrooms ko bhi avoid krne ki salah di ja sakti hai. Include more fresh fruits and vegetables, especially those high in vitamin C - jase ke amla, lebu, santre jo uric acid ko reduce karne me helpful ho sakte hain.

Din bhar mein pani zyada peena chahiye, taaki unki kidney ko uric acid process karne mein madad mile. Warm water with lemon peene se din ki shuruaat karein, yeh digestive fire ko stimulat karta hai and can also help flush out toxins.

For swelling and pain, external applications jaise castor oil massage karna beneficial ho sakta hai. Castor oil ko halka garam kar ke jodne pe halki malish karein, par dhyan rahe ki massage bahut zyada pressure se nahi ho.

Saath hi, kuch herbal remedies jaise Gokshura aur Punarnava bhi kaam aati hain, jo anti-inflammatory properties ke liye jani jati hain. Inka прийकरण ek qualified ayurvedic doctor ki salah ke antargat hona chahiye.

Daily light exercise jese yoga or simple stretching v correct posture ke sath reinforce karni chahiye, taaki daily flexibility aur joint mobility improve ho. Halka brisk walk v beneficial ho sakta hai.
