I am really confused about this Aroma Organic Daily Once Millets Malt I've heard about. A few weeks back, I started to feel super low on energy and kinda sluggish, and a friend suggested trying this millets malt. They swear by it for boosting energy levels and digestion, but I have no clue if it actually works. I was doing great with my diet, but then life got super hectic, and I started skipping meals, which is not ideal, right? My stomach feels a bit off too, like, sometimes bloated and other times just...ugh. I've looked into millets before and know they're supposed to be good for you, but can this Aroma Organic Daily Once Millets Malt really help? I read somewhere that it’s packed with nutrients or something, but does anyone know how it could really fit into my routine?
